We start our package partnerships with a “virtual coffee” — a 15 minute discovery call— which will kick things off.
After the kickoff meeting and client onboarding meetings, we will work together via email and phone calls until we complete each contracted service. For every 1 hour we spend meeting with you, we spend another 2 to 3 hours behind-the-scenes on the deliverables.
strategic Partnerships Package
The General Partnerships package is available for clients interested in increasing their reach, impact and/or funding. This package results in a replicable plan for securing new partners.
DELIVERABLES:
- 2-week contract with two weekly check-ins (up to 1 hour each)
- 1 Year Strategic Plan for Partnerships and Alliances
- 1 Partnership or Sponsorship proposal deck
- 1 Pitch letter template for prospective partners, sponsors or donors
- Funding Partnerships only: 10 grant opportunities relevant to your organization

Fundraising Package
The Fundraising package is available for clients interested in a long-term strategy for funding acquisition. This package will result in the following deliverables including one grant submission.
DELIVERABLES:
- 4-week contract with weekly check-ins (up to 1 hour each)
- 1 Year Strategic Plan for Fundraising — comprised of 4 quarterly plans
- 4 Fundraising Opportunities and timelines for engagement researched
- 1 Grant Proposal—
- Including detailed template for proposal narrative or technical description only and checklist of additional documents needed for submission
- Optional: Budget, budget narrative, M&E table, key personnel (+$350 additional)
- 1 Pitch letter template for prospective donors

Business Development Package
The Business Development package is available for clients in need of a Partnerships and Business Development Manager. This package is best suited for clients partnering with senior stakeholders, pitching high value products/services with long or complex sales cycles.
DELIVERABLES:
- 4- week contract with weekly check-ins (up to 1 hour each)
- Formal Briefing with Client to be brought up to speed on product/service, history, goals, etc.
- Targeted Partner List (up to 50 leads)
- Pitch emails, Calls and up to 4 In-Person Meetings (travel and accommodation billed separately)
